A small piece of life with retro looks
Mahault de St Hilaire With its armchair and sofa with rounded shapes, this lounge area adopts a look that is both retro and trendy.
A canopy for an industrial look
Mahault de St Hilaire To create a real mezzanine bedroom, the owners chose to install a glass roof. It allows you to separate the space while giving an artist's studio style to the room.
An open kitchen to save space
Mahault de St Hilaire It is not because we want a loft atmosphere that we necessarily have the area. To save space and make the most of the surface area of their apartment, Emma and Pierre chose a kitchen open to the living room.
Optimized storage in the living room
Mahault de St Hilaire In order not to clutter up the living space, the owners have multiplied the storage space, as here, with this large library and these cupboards under the stairs.
A collection of heterogeneous objects for the small arty side
Mahault de St Hilaire In this apartment, personal items and souvenirs have been integrated into the decoration. Here, cultural winks and small colorful pieces come together giving this library an artistic touch.
Metal elements throughout the room
Mahault de St Hilaire When you want to give an industrial look to your interior, you can't miss metal. But it turns out that we don't all live in an old refurbished factory. With its staircase railing, its glass roof and its stainless steel door handles, this apartment has managed to integrate enough metal parts to subtly recall the factory spirit.
The loft spirit even in the bedroom
Mahault de St Hilaire Like the living room, the bedroom also plays on the codes of loft-style decoration. The mixture of raw materials and diverted objects - like these stools in bedside tables - refer to the charm and unusual side of artist workshops.
Storage suited to small spaces
Mahault de St Hilaire In a mezzanine bedroom, the important thing is to adapt the furniture to the space. Here, the height under the ceiling did not allow for a large wardrobe. Never mind ! We multiplied the small closets to create a made-to-measure wardrobe.
A little retro touch in the bedroom
Mahault de St Hilaire This classic style armchair and this mottled chest give a retro look to this bedroom.
The essential of the loft: the raw material
Mahault de St Hilaire If you don't have beautiful brick walls like New York apartments, you don't despair! There are lots of other materials to highlight to give a little loft look to your interior. And that, Emma and Pierre understood well. They therefore chose to leave the beams of the roof visible and to keep the wood raw.
A rustic and chic bathroom
Mahault de St Hilaire This small bathroom has been imagined as a real warm space. The owners played on the rustic side of the wooden beams to create an authentic bathroom.
A refined and romantic room
Mahault de St Hilaire This room is an independent space from the rest of the apartment. To mark the difference, the owners have opted for a more romantic and refined decor.
A minimalist bathroom
Mahault de St Hilaire For a sleek and minimalist bathroom, nothing like a total white look. And to wink at the industrial spirit of the rest of the apartment, Emma and Pierre chose brick effect tiles.
